These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Positivity Challenge mobile application and related services operated by MetalogixTech.

By creating an account, accessing, purchasing through, or using Positivity Challenge, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.

Do not use Positivity Challenge if you do not agree.

1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Positivity Challenge.

If you are under the legal age of adulthood in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms where required by law.

You may not use the application where doing so would violate applicable law.

  • Subscriptions

Features may change over time.

3 User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Use only your own account
  • Notify us of suspected unauthorised access
  • Avoid sharing passwords or verification codes
  • Maintain current contact information

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where prohibited by law.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account that:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Violates the Community Guidelines
  • Creates a security risk
  • Is used for fraud or abuse
  • Impersonates another person
  • Repeatedly posts prohibited content
  • Attempts to manipulate purchases or app systems

4 Public Prayer Posts

Prayer posts are public.

Do not post information that you do not want other users to see.

Users may create prayer posts using:

  • Titles
  • Descriptions
  • Images
  • Other supported attachments

You remain responsible for content you submit.

You confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it
  • Your content is lawful
  • Your content does not violate another person’s rights
  • Your content follows the Community Guidelines
  • Your content does not contain malicious files
  • Your content does not expose another person’s private information without permission

5 Licence for User Content

You retain ownership of your original content.

By submitting content, you grant MetalogixTech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

  • Host
  • Store
  • Process
  • Display
  • Reproduce
  • Format
  • Moderate
  • Distribute

This licence applies only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, and improve Positivity Challenge.

The licence ends when the content is deleted, except where limited copies must remain for legal, security, or backup purposes.

6 Prayer Reactions and Saved Content

Prayer reactions and saved prayers are separate functions.

A prayer reaction represents support or indicating that a user has prayed for the post.

The heart or save function allows users to save a prayer for later access.

Saved content may become unavailable if:

  • The original content is deleted
  • The author deletes their account
  • MetalogixTech removes the content
  • Access is restricted for safety or legal reasons

7 Comments and Community Interactions

Users may comment on public prayer posts and quotes.

Current comment functions may be limited. Comment editing, deletion, liking, or individual comment reporting may not be available in the current version.

MetalogixTech may review and remove comments that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Where an inappropriate comment appears, users may report the related post or user account using available reporting tools and provide relevant details.

8 Challenges

Challenges are created only by Positivity Challenge administrators.

Users cannot create, modify, or assign challenges.

Challenges may include tasks designed to support:

  • Positive habits
  • Personal development
  • Mind
  • Body
  • Spirit
  • Lifestyle
  • Gratitude
  • Reflection
  • Productivity
  • Learning
  • Relationships
  • Self-care
  • Positive routines

9 Challenge Acceptance

Before accepting a challenge, review:

  • Challenge description
  • Duration
  • Tasks
  • Start date
  • End date
  • Difficulty
  • Free or premium status

After a challenge is accepted, it cannot be:

  • Paused
  • Cancelled
  • Restarted
  • Rejoined

Users are responsible for reviewing these conditions before accepting.

10 Task Completion and Streaks

Task completion is based on user self-confirmation.

Positivity Challenge does not use GPS, precise location, step counting, health data, fitness data, or device sensors to verify task completion.

A user’s streak may continue across separate challenges.

Missing two days breaks the streak.

Streaks are motivational indicators and do not represent medical, fitness, academic, professional, or guaranteed lifestyle outcomes.

We may correct or reset streak information when required because of:

  • Technical errors
  • Fraud
  • Manipulation
  • Incorrect system activity
  • Account misuse

11 Free and Premium Challenges

Some challenges may be free.

Premium challenges may be available through:

  • One-time purchases
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions

The purchase screen will display the price and included benefits before payment.

12 Subscriptions

Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Deleting the app or deleting a Positivity Challenge account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Users are responsible for managing subscriptions through their Apple or Google account. Apple and Google explain that subscriptions continue according to their billing terms until cancelled.

Subscription access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period after cancellation.

Subscription prices, billing periods, benefits, and renewal conditions are displayed before purchase.

13 One-Time Purchases

A one-time purchase may unlock access to a selected premium challenge or other clearly described digital content.

The exact content and access provided will be shown before purchase.

14 Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Refunds, billing disputes, payment authorisation, and cancellation rights are generally governed by the applicable store’s policies and applicable law.

MetalogixTech does not directly receive complete payment-card information processed by Apple or Google.

15 Advertisements

Positivity Challenge contains advertisements delivered through Google AdMob.

Advertisements may be personalised, non-personalised, limited, or used for technical delivery depending on consent, region, device settings, and advertising configuration.

MetalogixTech does not endorse every product or service advertised.

Users interact with third-party advertisements at their own discretion.

16 Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes
  • Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse others
  • Post hateful or discriminatory content
  • Post sexually explicit or exploitative content
  • Encourage violence or dangerous behaviour
  • Promote self-harm
  • Post scams or fraudulent offers
  • Spread deliberately deceptive information
  • Impersonate another person
  • Expose another person’s private information
  • Infringe copyrights or trademarks
  • Upload malicious code
  • Attempt to bypass security
  • Scrape the application without permission
  • Manipulate reactions, followers, comments, streaks, or purchases
  • Create fake accounts
  • Spam users
  • Use automated systems to access the application without permission

17 Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

Users may use available tools to report prayer posts, report users, block individual posts, or block users.

MetalogixTech may review reported content, remove content, restrict content visibility, issue warnings, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report illegal activity to relevant authorities.

We do not guarantee that every report will result in removal.

18 Intellectual Property

Positivity Challenge, including its name, logo, software, design, interface, administrative quotes, graphics, branding, and original content is owned by or licensed to MetalogixTech.

You may not copy, modify, sell, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected material without written permission.

19 Not Medical or Professional Advice

Positivity Challenge provides general spiritual, motivational, community, and lifestyle content.

It does not provide medical advice, psychological treatment, diagnosis, counselling, crisis intervention, emergency services, professional fitness advice, healthcare services, legal advice, or financial advice.

Challenges and quotes are not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

Users should consider their health, safety, abilities, and circumstances before completing any activity.

20 Service Availability

We may add or remove features, update challenge rules, change available content, perform maintenance, restrict access, fix errors, discontinue features, or discontinue the application.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

21 Account Deletion

Users can delete their account inside the application: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

Deletion may permanently remove account information, prayer posts, comments, social relationships, challenge progress, streaks, and saved content.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

22 Suspension and Termination

MetalogixTech may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, a Community Guidelines violation, fraud, security threats, repeated reports, legal requirements, harm to users, abuse of purchases, or misuse of the application.

23 Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Positivity Challenge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee specific personal results, continuous availability, error-free operation, the accuracy of every user post, challenge completion, improved health, improved fitness, a particular streak, compatibility with every device, or continued availability of every challenge.

24 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetalogixTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Positivity Challenge.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

25 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MetalogixTech against claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

26 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our application, legal obligations, business practices, or features change.

Updated Terms will show a revised “Last Updated” date.

27 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY/STATE].

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of [COURTS/JURISDICTION], except where consumer law provides otherwise.
