How do I reset my password?
Open the login screen, select Forgot Password, enter your
registered email address or mobile number, verify the code, and create a new password.
How do I create a prayer post?
Open the Prayers section, select the add button, enter a prayer title and
description, optionally add media, and select Post Prayer. Prayer posts are public.
What is the difference between a prayer reaction and saving a prayer?
A prayer reaction shows support or indicates that you prayed for the post. The
heart or save action stores the prayer in your saved or liked-prayers area for later access.
Who creates the challenges?
All challenges are created by the Positivity Challenge administration team.
Users can accept available challenges but cannot create their own.
Can I pause, cancel, restart, or rejoin a challenge?
No. Once accepted, a challenge cannot be paused, cancelled, restarted, or
rejoined. Review its duration and tasks before accepting it.
How is task completion verified?
Task completion is based on your own confirmation. Positivity Challenge does not
use GPS, step counting, health data, fitness data, or device sensors to verify tasks.
When does my streak break?
Your streak continues across separate challenges. Missing two days breaks the
streak.
How do premium challenges work?
Premium challenges may be available through a one-time purchase or subscription.
The price and access details are shown before payment.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions must be managed through the Google Play or Apple App Store account
used for the purchase. Deleting the app or your Positivity Challenge account does not automatically
cancel an active subscription.
How do I report or block inappropriate content?
Use the available menu on the prayer post or user profile to report the post,
block the individual post, or block the user and their posts.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You can also review
the deletion information on the Delete Account page.
