Positivity Challenge Community Guidelines
Positivity Challenge is designed to be a supportive community for prayer, inspiration, encouragement, and positive personal growth.
These Community Guidelines apply to prayer posts, images, comments, profile information, usernames, support interactions, and other user-generated content.
By participating in the community, you agree to follow these Guidelines.
1 Be Respectful
Treat other people with dignity and respect.
Do not post content that:
- Harasses another person
- Bullies or humiliates someone
- Threatens users
- Encourages targeted abuse
- Insults people because of their identity or beliefs
- Encourages others to attack or shame someone
Disagreement is allowed. Abuse is not.
2 Respect Different Beliefs
Positivity Challenge may include users from different spiritual, religious, cultural, and personal backgrounds.
Users may share prayers and supportive messages, but may not:
- Attack another person’s religion or beliefs
- Pressure users to adopt a particular belief
- Mock spiritual practices
- Promote hatred against religious or non-religious groups
- Use prayer posts to target or shame others
3 Keep Public Prayers Appropriate
Prayer posts are public.
Do not include:
- Passwords
- Verification codes
- Bank information
- Identity documents
- Private addresses
- Confidential medical documents
- Another person’s private information
- Images of another person shared without permission
Only post content you are comfortable sharing publicly.
4 No Hate or Discrimination
Do not post content that promotes hatred, exclusion, or dehumanisation based on characteristics such as:
- Race
- Ethnicity
- Nationality
- Religion
- Disability
- Sex
- Gender
- Sexual orientation
- Age
- Other protected characteristics
5 No Sexual or Exploitative Content
Do not post:
- Sexually explicit material
- Sexual solicitation
- Exploitative content
- Sexual content involving minors
- Content that sexualises or endangers children
- Intimate images shared without permission
6 No Violence or Dangerous Behaviour
Do not:
- Threaten violence
- Celebrate serious harm
- Encourage dangerous activities
- Encourage users to ignore reasonable safety precautions
- Pressure others to complete unsafe tasks
- Use posts or comments to promote illegal activity
Challenges are created by Positivity Challenge administrators. Users must still consider their own health, physical ability, surroundings, and safety before participating.
7 No Promotion of Self-Harm
Content that encourages, promotes, celebrates, or instructs self-harm is prohibited.
Users should not use Positivity Challenge as a replacement for qualified emergency, medical, or mental-health support.
8 No Scams or Deception
Do not post:
- Fraudulent fundraising requests
- Fake giveaways
- Misleading payment requests
- Phishing links
- False identity claims
- Investment scams
- Impersonation
- Deliberately deceptive information
9 No Spam
Do not:
- Repeatedly post the same content
- Send unwanted promotional messages
- Use unrelated hashtags or keywords
- Create fake engagement
- Manipulate followers or reactions
- Post repetitive links
- Create multiple accounts to avoid enforcement
10 Respect Intellectual Property
Only post content that you own or have permission to use.
Do not upload:
- Copyrighted images without permission
- Stolen writing
- Unauthorised trademarks
- Content copied from another user
- Material that violates intellectual-property rights
11 Protect Minors
Do not:
- Request private contact details from minors
- Groom or exploit minors
- Share content that endangers children
- Encourage minors to move conversations to unsafe channels
- Share identifying information about children without permission
12 Authentic Accounts
Do not impersonate another user, MetalogixTech, Positivity Challenge staff, a public figure, a religious leader, or a company or organisation.
Parody or fan accounts must be clearly labelled where permitted.
13 Reporting Content
Users can report inappropriate prayer posts or user accounts using available in-app tools.
Where an inappropriate comment appears, report the related post or user and provide information about the comment.
Reports should be submitted honestly. Repeated false or abusive reports may result in restrictions.
14 Blocking
Users may block an individual prayer post or block a user and their posts.
Blocking helps users control what they see and who can interact with them.
15 Moderation and Enforcement
MetalogixTech may take action based on the seriousness of the violation, previous violations, risk to users, legal requirements, report history, and surrounding context.
Actions may include content removal, reduced visibility, warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, purchase-access restrictions where legally permitted, or reporting illegal conduct to appropriate authorities.
16 Appeals and Support
Users who believe moderation action was taken incorrectly may contact: positivitychallenge.support@metalogixtech.com
Include:
- Registered email or mobile number
- Relevant post or account details
- Explanation of the request
- Supporting screenshots where available
17 Updates to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines to respond to new features, safety risks, legal requirements, and community needs.
Continued use after an update means the revised Guidelines apply.
