Delete Your Positivity Challenge Account

Delete your account from the app

Open Positivity Challenge and follow these steps:

1. Open your Profile.
2. Select Settings.
3. Choose Delete Account.
4. Review the notice and confirm permanent deletion.

Cannot access the application?

You can request account deletion by contacting the Positivity Challenge support team.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. This protects users from unauthorized account deletion.

Information deleted with your account

Account deletion may permanently remove information associated with your Positivity Challenge account, including:

• Account and profile information
• Profile image
• Public prayer posts
• Prayer media attachments
• Comments and community interactions
• Prayer reactions
• Saved prayers and quotes
• Followers and following relationships
• Blocked-user and blocked-post records
• Accepted challenges and daily task progress
• Challenge history and streak information
• Reminder and notification preferences

Information we may retain

Limited information may be retained when reasonably required for:

• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Fraud prevention and account security
• Purchase and transaction records
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcement of our Terms and Conditions
• Temporary backup-system operation

Any retained information will be kept only for the purpose and period required by law, security needs, or legitimate recordkeeping.

Premium subscriptions

Deleting your Positivity Challenge account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

You must manage or cancel your subscription through the same store account used for the purchase. Account deletion may remove access to premium content associated with your Positivity Challenge account.
